Question 1

How does Nexora Desk work without any internet connection?

Accepted Answer

Nexora Desk is a native desktop application designed for intense counter workloads. All student records, fee head calculations, and 80mm thermal receipt printing execute locally in under 50ms without making external network calls, ensuring your admissions desk never freezes during peak morning queues.

Question 2

Why does Nexora use official verified WhatsApp delivery instead of unofficial scraper bots?

Accepted Answer

Many school software products use unofficial WhatsApp web scrapers that frequently get the institution's official phone number permanently banned. Nexora connects directly to official verified business notification channels with pre-approved templates. This ensures 100% compliance, zero risk of phone number bans, and guaranteed delivery to parent phones.

Question 3

How do we migrate our existing student and fee data to Nexora?

Accepted Answer

Nexora provides standardized Excel and CSV migration assistance. Our onboarding team handles student demographic records, historical fee arrears, parent contact numbers, and bus routes directly for you during initial campus setup.

Question 4

Does Nexora support standardized 9-Point grading formats and co-scholastic rubrics?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The examination engine includes pre-built templates for standard 9-point scales (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2, D, E), as well as co-scholastic domains (Work Education, Art Education, Physical Health & Discipline), height/weight metrics, and holistic laser-printable A4 report cards.

Question 5

Which receipt printers and biometric devices are compatible with Nexora?

Accepted Answer

Nexora supports all standard 58mm and 80mm thermal receipt printers (Epson, TVS, Citizen, Rugtek, POSIFLEX) via USB, Serial COM, or LAN, as well as standard A4 laser printers. For attendance, our direct push listener supports standard biometric fingerprint, face-recognition, and RFID smart-card machines.

Question 6

How is customer support handled for new school onboardings?

Accepted Answer

Every school is supported directly by our senior engineering and implementation team. We provide dedicated WhatsApp support lines, remote and on-site staff training sessions, and customized configuration for your specific school fee rules.
