Nexora Tech ("we", "our", or "us") provides school management enterprise software and offline accounting tools (including Nexora Desk, Nexora Cloud ERP, and associated mobile applications). This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding data privacy, storage, encryption, and student information confidentiality.
Schools retain 100% ownership of all student, parent, staff, financial, and academic records. Nexora Tech operates strictly as a data processor. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or harvest student or parent personal data for targeted advertising or third-party profiling under any circumstances.
When utilizing Nexora Desk, all accounting ledgers, fee transaction logs, and student databases are stored locally on your institution's physical computer hard drives in encrypted SQLite files. No transaction is uploaded to external cloud servers unless your authorized administrator explicitly configures cloud sync or backup routines.
For our cloud ERP products, all data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3, and data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. Cloud databases utilize PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure absolute tenant isolation between distinct educational institutions.
WhatsApp notifications are processed exclusively through official Meta Cloud API (Graph API v21.0+) webhooks. We only transmit the specific template parameters (e.g. fee receipt number, student name, balance amount) required for verified notification delivery.
We comply with the provisions of India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023. School administrators can request data exports in standard open formats (CSV/Excel/SQL dump) or request complete tenant data purge upon license termination at any time.
